Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
June 4 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 263(L&C) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the State Board of Registration for                                                                       
          Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and                                                                        
          relating to an exemption for persons authorized by                                                                    
          the Department of Public Safety who are engaged in                                                                    
          the design of fire detection and suppression systems                                                                  
          from registration as architects, engineers, land
